Device and Session Security
You are responsible for ensuring that your device is secured against unauthorised access, including the use of appropriate screen lock and antivirus measures. tk1985 recommends that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. tk1985 bears no responsibility for losses arising from your failure to secure your device or session.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
tk1985 supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions on tk1985 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following clauses govern all financial transactions on the platform.
Clause 3.1
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on tk1985 is ৳200 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. tk1985 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Clause 3.2
Deposits in Your Own Name
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, tk1985 reserves the right to withhold the deposited amount pending investigation, and may return funds to the originating payment account without crediting the player's balance.
Clause 3.3
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. tk1985 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Eid and Durga Puja, or where additional verification is required.

Verification Before Withdrawal
tk1985 may require account verification before processing a withdrawal request. Verification may include submission of a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of payment method ownership. Funds will be held pending successful verification and released upon completion. tk1985 accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate verification submissions.
Clause 3.5
Currency and Conversion
All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on tk1985 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk1985 does not perform currency conversion. Any conversion costs incurred by a player using international payment instruments (if applicable) are solely the player's responsibility.

Betting and Gaming Rules
Clause 4.1
Bet Acceptance
A bet or wager on tk1985 is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the platform's system. Bets that remain in a "pending" state due to technical issues or network interruptions are not considered confirmed until a reference number is issued. tk1985 reserves the right to reject any bet without providing a reason.
Clause 4.2
Errors and Obvious Mistakes
In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or human error — including but not limited to incorrect odds on BPL, IPL, or Bangladesh Tigers cricket markets — tk1985 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake amount. The identification of such errors may occur before or after the event to which the bet relates has taken place.
Clause 4.3
Prohibited Betting Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited on tk1985: arbitrage betting across markets or platforms; match fixing or any activity that seeks to influence the outcome of an event; use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets; systematic exploitation of bonus terms; and any form of collusion between players. Accounts found engaging in any prohibited practice will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
Clause 4.4
Game Integrity and RNG
All casino games — including slots, live casino, and crash games — available on the tk1985 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. tk1985 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot override the result of any certified game engine.

Bonus Eligibility

tk1985 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; wagering only on low-risk outcomes to artificially satisfy playthrough requirements; and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where abuse is detected, tk1985 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close the player's account.

Clause 6.1
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their tk1985 account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Clause 6.2
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1985's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the player's deposited balance at the time the claim arises. tk1985 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
Clause 7.3
Third-Party Game Providers
Games on the tk1985 platform are supplied by independent third-party providers. While tk1985 only partners with certified studios, it does not control the software, RNG, or server infrastructure of those providers. tk1985 accepts no liability for malfunctions, errors, or disputes arising from third-party game software, and such matters are subject to the relevant provider's own terms.
Section 08
Account Termination and Suspension
tk1985 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
- Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Use of prohibited betting practices, bots, or automated software
- Opening of multiple accounts or other account duplication
- Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward platform staff or other players
- Any other conduct that tk1985 reasonably considers to be contrary to the integrity of the platform
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, tk1985 reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings. Where account closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to a breach, any cleared and verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Clause 9.1
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tk1985 platform. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Clause 9.2
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, transaction, or account decision, players must first contact the tk1985 support team in writing via the platform's official contact channels. tk1985 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate legal mechanisms.
Clause 9.3
Language of Agreement
These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and a translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Amendments to These Terms

Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of this page with a revised effective date. The most current version of the Terms is always the version published on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
